Midweek Moment #9

This week Louise and I are sharing things that captured our attention with their beauty.

Mine started with something as simple as hanging the washing early in the morning before work. I noticed the sun shining on these poppies, which were wet from the sprinkler. Even though I didn’t have much time, I grabbed the camera, wanting to capture the marriage of water, light and colour.

Louise has combined two beautiful moments from her week: the rose is from her garden, the first blooms since being pruned, and the programme is from a concert at the weekend at which her son played.
